TORNADO 600 is innovative screw filler using VECTORMOTION ™ technology to drive a nozzle screw. The machine provides excellent accuracy in filling ground coffee, flakes, spices and all kinds of free flowing and non-free flowing powders and granules and up to 75 cycles per minute.
Suitable for irregular block and granular materials such as candy, biscuits, roasted seeds and nuts, sugar, frozen food and milk powder, tea, starch, seasonings and so on. Controlled by PLC and equipped with a touchscreen for setting parameters. Bag width is 100 – 250 mm, bag length is 100 – 350 mm. To operate the machine needs compressed air with a pressure of 6 – 8 kgf/cm2. Packaging speed is up to 70 packs per minute.
